Washer and dryer in utility room off the kitchen. Primary suite has luxury bath with heated bidet, towel warmer and dual shower heads. Both baths have new tile, new vanities and new plumbing fixtures. All the artwork tells a story of travel of places far and near, and were specially curated for the space. The backyard is flat, fenced and has a very large patio with two loveseats and a gas firepit. You will love the location, just steps away from Kevin Loftin Waterfront Park and across the street from the new Belmont rec center with indoor pickleball courts. Close to downtown Belmont shops, restaurants and antique stores. You will absolutely love this place!
