This is a pretty good Hotel but the charging station typically only has one that works. This is my second time staying here and the first time the left one was working but this time the one to the right worked and the left one was broken SMH.

Hotel was nice inside, however my car was stolen from the parking lot and staff claims no responsibility and was very unhelpful. Not a safe place to leave your car, ergo not a safe hotel.

Great location and hotel
They upgraded the room to a high view and we could see all of Charlotte! The rooftop was nice, the sports bar was fun. The bartender was the best! Beautiful hotel shared with Sheraton. This is the European side of the high rise. Classy, clean, nice. Would stay again.
