Ive stayed at Hyatt Place before, this was the first time staying at this one. When we walked in the room smelled wet and sticky. The bathroom door design is weird making it hard to close, the bathroom is dark and very, very small. The room does have full length mirrors and i enjoyed being able to check in online. I hate that you have to pay for parking as a guest, ive stayed at the location near University, the room amenities, guest services were top tier and the parking was free.

The lady that attended the breakfast area on Saturday August 31st and September 1st was very rude and impolite. When she was asked questions about the food she would not even answer. The tables at the breakfast area were dirty with crumbs on top. The water and juices containers were no filled up at all times during the breakfast hours. However, the staff at the Front Desk were very cordial and made the check in a pleasant and fast experience

They charge extra for parking and then charge for using a credit card which is the only option to pay for parking. Bartender talked continually for 45 minutes. Room was usual nice Hyatt place suite. But breakfast wasn’t ready in the morning. Parking situation very off putting. Other options are around.

The property was modern and clean. The staff was super friendly and helped make our stay a memorable experience. One opportunity for improvement would be the quality of breakfast foods. Enjoyed the vegetarian options, but the scrambled eggs had an unusual taste. Other than that the area was clean and overall the food was good.

I did not like that in my room the AC was so old and likely broken that when it turn on or off it so so so loud it will wake me up from a deep sleep. Horrible.
