I really enjoyed my stay. My room was beautiful and welcoming. The property was very nice and I enjoyed the amenities. Breakfast was amazing !! Loved the separate area on the 2nd floor. My only “ick” was the front desk agent upon checking in- too busy on his phone until he noticed I was there. A simple “I’ll be with you in one moment” would have sufficed. Also, valet was great- but I would have appreciated help with bags since I was traveling with a child. Other than that- I will return again.

I felt so comfortable and safe during my stay the staff that checked me in were all so friendly along with all of the valet workers they helped me with my bags and didn’t pressure me to use valet, but when I did, they took the upmost care of me! The room was beautiful. I had a great view. It is pet friendly, I wish there were a couple of doggy spots to take your pet to use the restroom but other than that, everything was perfect.

I wasn't made aware of the parking fee until I had already booked and paid for my 2 night stay. Mr Foursi (sorry for my misspelling), the front desk concierge, was extremely rude and informed me that there was no free parking, but my options we 3 things, (1) Valet parking for $45 a day. (2) Self parking in the hotel garage park for $70 a day. (3) Find my own parking, but there is no parking available. I was told I would not be refunded,, and that the parking was my problem to work out. I ended up making other arrangements and did not stay at the hotel, infact I never went back in or past the concierge desk. I am constantly traveling for work and I just cannot afford parking at those rates. I felt wronged and backed into a corner, and the hotel could care less. Terrible concierge, terrible attitude

Everything was fine, however, needed further instruction to leave card in slot to keep lights on in the room. Also, really need an ice bucket. The container in the freezer doesn't keep the ice well so you can use the individual cubes. It freezes into a solid rock and difficult to access the ice for use. An ice bucket and bag to collect the ice from the machines would be better. Also the selection in the self serve store off the lobby wasn't replenished or well supplies.

Areas to improve--room smelled like smoke entering room (non-smoking room), carpet was not vacuumed, shower pressure VERY weak and took a LONG time to get warm, no ice to be found Great things-- Very nice staff, good breakfast, big shower, liked the accommodations included in suite (fridge/paper towels, dishes, etc) Receiving texts checking in on our stay was great!

The rooms are fantastic and the hotel is really nice. Great breakfast in the morning and the staff is wonderful. However, the parking scenario for guests is limited to valet, with several lots right around the hotel that allow one to pay for ONLY ten hours then a repayment is required. Add to this area a lot of unhoused people loitering around. By a lot I means dozens and dozens. The area around the hotel is by no means economically enriched and looks like a wasteland. However, the hotel is excellent.
