Amazing hotel and staff
Our stay was an overnight for a girls trip to a concert. We were very pleased with the hotel accommodations and the staff. The only issue we had was our air conditioning wasn't working on the room but they immediately came to take care of it. The staff at this hotel should be commended for going above and beyond in making you feel welcomed and seeing that you are satisfied. It is also located in a very convenient location within walking distance to many Charlotte attractions. We will most definitely stay here again and recommend this place to all our friends.

The hotel was very clean. I loved the kitchen space in the room. Great for families to bring food to eat in the room. I also love that the whole hotel is only accessible with a key, for safety… the main door, elevators, etc.

Don’t count on breakfast
The staff at the front desk is amazing. The room was comfortable and they are dog friendly. Unfortunately, there is not a grassy area surrounding the hotel and you have to walk a bit. The most disappointing part of the stay was the breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights. We did not make it in time the first day. Saturday we arrived at 9:45 am. The closing time was 10. There was hardly anything left. Several others arrived at the same time we did. We were told the manager was concerned about food costs. Please don’t advertise something and not provide it. If the cost is too high, then don’t promote a hot breakfast and not have it available. I could not even get a full cup of coffee.

Staff was very friendly. It was a busy weekend and they were able to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. Free breakfast on the second floor. Very clean hotel. Bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows. Big spacious room, very warm shower. Walking distance to a lot in the surrounding area, I would stay here again.
