Room 400 was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Window shade was excellent blocking sunlight. Full size fridge, sink and microwave. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small and toilet was low. Shower was hot with good pressure and Dove products.

I was supposed to be there for two nights but only stayed the one. The first night I got there was on 8-27-24 everything was fine. The man that checked me in was very nice and kind to me. I get up the next morning around 7am and I turn on the lights I just happen to look on the wall above the fire detector and seen a cockroach on the wall. I took a picture of it and went down to the front desk to let them know and the young girl behind the desk was kinda rude and was saying it looked like a water bug. She said she could move me but I was like no I’m checking out today if there was one in my room who’s to say there’s not any in the other ones. I have never had this kind of problem before but I’m sure not going to ever go back there again.
