There were way too many people in the pool. The hot tub water was brown & dirty. The bubbles & foam were brown/dirty.

Stayed for a sports tournament and had an easy and comfortable weekend at the Drury. Friendly and helpful staff, free well-lit parking and close to shopping and loads of restaurants. Quick trip and a few exits from uptown Charlotte. Quiet despite being on the highway. Good breakfast is included. Plenty of free snacks in the afternoon.

We have never been disappointed when we stay at Druary North lake Mall location. Everyone is helpful and courteous. We noticed the hotel opened The Kitchen Bar which looks like a great addition since they stay open late nite. We will try The Kitchen Bar at our next stay. Highly recommend the hotel.
