Bathroom and bathtub was filthy and disgusting. I had to ask for a new room. The new room wasn’t much better. It was an awful stay! The front desk staff was at least pleasant.

The staff at the property were very kind and attentive. Our room seemed very outdated, small bathroom and the towels were very old, thin and torn up. I have stayed in other double trees and sadly the quality of this one was not up to par with the others.

The room was not available. There was no power. The lady at the front desk told us it wasnt anything she could do. They threw my family out on the street. Is this how Hilton treats their customers? Appareny so at the DoubleTree in Charlotte. No help to find another hotel. We had to go back tobirport and sleep.

Great for a night's stay before heading to CLT for an early morning departure. Airport shuttle runs 24 hours which is very convenient. Front desk clerk wasn't so friendly. She is young and probably tired.
