Roach Infested! AVOID!
Avoid at all costs! Cockroach infested! Our room was absolutely nothing like the pictures and after disturbing a few roach parties (under the phone and under the TV remote) and seeing about a dozen cockroaches in room 113 and killing a few I asked to move rooms. We found out they had the exterminator out several times so were aware of the issue. We moved to another room that had the heater running and was extremely hot. Putting the ac on max had a little effect but did not cool the room. The towels smelled terrible and had a dirty chemical smell to them. The shuttle bus had broken seat belts and there were multiple warning lights on including low tire pressure warning. This is a really beaten up hotel and probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Avoid at all costs! The hotel refused to admit there was a problem on follow up and refused any compensation

Nothing special, you get what you pay for. No food available whatsoever. Outdated temperature control, and shower head / bath area. Positives were comfortable beds, and good shuttle to and from CLT airport.

I'm pretty glad I didn't get stabbed at this hotel, but the people who worked here were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Half the price of any other hotel with an airport shuttle, but I might just spend the extra money next time.
