Needs renovation
Two night stay turned into one. Was told I would receive a refund for my second night as long as I checked out before 11am. Didn't happen. I was affected by the hurricane this was the only room available at the time I went back home without no power till I find something better I was not comfortable at all I wouldn't even let me children play on the carpet I wiped down the whole room which still appears dirty.

when I got there after a 8hr drive they tell me there’s you rooms… then the room I got was old looking on top of that the AC made this loud noise and I couldn’t sleep. I waited until 8pm to let them know I called the front desk they pick up and then hangs up. I then go down to the lobby and let them know. Again she tells me there’s no room come back at 12noon so I’m back up in the room now and the sent some one up to fix the AC But now he’s in the room back and forth still no sleep it took him over 4hrs later to realize i need a knew one. Long store short. New AC but know one apologized to me or anything .. i would like money back or something🙄

The ladies behind the desk were nice. Woke up every morning to the smell of smoke and a drunk poetry being shouted from the parking lot. Then I enjoyed a cool to lukewarm shower. Oh, because I used Expedia to book the room and because I apparently made a typo in booking the room the property manager refused to change my reservation and kept my money. Thanks. Never going back.

Just wanted to give the help desk a shout out. The young lady was multitasking in trying to support multiple clients at a time. She was very professional and efficient. After a long day of traveling, I was thankful for someone like her working hard to take care of people who had to alter their plans cause of Helene.

Went to the front desk 2 times to get the key the last time I went down oh sorry put the wrong room number on the key.Then found a bug crawling on the side table to top that off got up in the morning and no hot water to take a shower. Not a good place to stay.

I would like to say love the area but I checked in. To a dirty room bugs in my bathtub. Upon checking my bed I found a crack stem under the mattress. After I mentioned my issues. And left for work I returned to a message from the front desk that my room smelled of smoke when I do not smoke anything. I feel I was racially profiled only because it was an incident of being inconvenient for the lady to switch my rooms .
