The Space:
The Primary suite features a king-sized bed with a private ensuite bathroom. There are three additional bedrooms, two with a queen-sized bed, and one with a full daybed, providing ample sleeping options for everyone. The Primary ensuite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, and dual sinks, providing you with a spa-like experience. Two additional full bathrooms are conveniently located for easy access by all guests.
Featuring two generously-sized, open-concept living areas, our home greets you with comfortable seating and Smart TV setups, offering an ideal setting to relax after a day of adventure and discovery. We provide a spacious workstation and large desk to accommodate all your remote work requirements. Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and back yard. (The Yard is NOT FULLY FENCED) Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.
Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is conveniently located close to local attractions, parks, and landmarks, making it easy to explore the area's charm and beauty. A grocery store is situated within a short distance of under half a mile. Just across the street, you'll find a variety of dining choices, including Chipotle, Poppy's Bagel, Eddie's Place, and Leroy Fox. Additionally, there's a conveniently located bus stop approximately 50 feet from the property's front entrance.
South Park is located in south-central Charlotte and is a hub for business and retail activity, as well as amazing restaurants!

Getting Around:
SouthPark has endless restaurants and stores within a quick drive. The home is located off of Providence Road, which is an easily accessible street to get closer to Uptown and South Charlotte. Ubers are available at this location. There is a conveniently located bus stop approximately 50 feet from the property's front entrance.
Other Things to Note:
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). We do NOT allow cats. Any and all pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $350 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.
*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.
We use a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities, a blank copy can be found at the web address below.
Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.
Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.
To ensure safety and security each guest is required to complete the check-in form including a valid government ID. Non complete or inaccurate information in the arrival form will result in a termination of your stay without refund.
Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day($99 + Booking platform fees); early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without refund.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.
Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.
To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Pets
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.
Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $149 + booking platform fees, is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, we require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.
Parking
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street, with a maximum of five cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.
Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.
Internet Usage
By using the internet provided at any of our properties, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows.
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Bedding and towels
Place used towels and linens on the floor of each room.
Dirty Dishes
Rinse dirty dishes and put in the dishwasher and start before departure
Hand wash pots & pans and place in drying rack
Cleaning
Wipe spills on surfaces like floors and counters
Use rags, paper towels, or wipes DO NOT use white towels
Sweep the floor of any noticeable debris
Use broom, vacuum, or swiffer
Exiting the Property
Turn off all lights and lock doors upon departure
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS. I CERTIFY THAT I MEET THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED AND THAT I WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE OF THIS PROPERTY BEING RENTED UNDER MY NAME. I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OR EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES, SHOULD THEY BE DISCOVERED DURING OR AFTER DEPARTURE. I AGREE TO PAY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS NOT COVERED BY THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INSURANCE.
