My stay at this Best Western was disappointing. The elevator was broken, and we had to carry our luggage up to the second floor. Upon arriving in our room, there was no shower gel or hand soap. One of the staff members was quite rude when we brought up our concerns. Additionally, there was no water fountain in the building, only a vending machine. The room phone didn’t work, and when we informed them, they admitted they already knew. Overall, not the level of service I expected🙁

This property is very very excellent. Let me explain. This was first time taking a chance to book a room at Best Western hotel and I wasn't disappointed. I took a king bed room. it was spacious, clean, and loaded with all amenities. This hotel has nothing to envie 5 stars usual suspect hotels, i.e., Sheraton, Renaissance, and so on. However, I found the reception area very disappointing, not equating the high value the rooms are providing. That's usually what differenciates glamorous hotels with 2 or 3 stars hotels. Glamorous hotels have glamorous reception or lobby area with most of the time crappie rooms. If BW were to update the lobby it will join the 5 star group if and only if it fits the line of business model.

The check in was good except for the fact that the elevator was not workig. Before I booked this hotel for 10/4 I called the hotel to check if the elevator would be working when we arrived. They said that it would be. So my 70 year old wife and I(68 years old) both with bad knees had to haul our luggage up to the 3rd floor. They also said that they had no other room available. The remodeling looks great.

Elevator was out. We are older (over 65), have a lot of luggage and they gave us rooms on the third floor. We had to schlep all of our stuff three floors up with no help. Never coming here again.

The shower curtain needed to be changed. You can smell it. There was no hand soap, my room was not cleaned, I stayed 2 nights, and the bath drained painfully slow. Nothing like standing in your own dirty water taking a 5 minute shower. I will not stay here again.

The elevator was not working at all which is a hazard. I had to climb 2 flights of steps which is not good for my health. If I had known that I would not had stayed. But because were there for one night. I would not recommend this hotel location to no one with a not functioning elevator.

The note I received after making my reservation was that the dining area was under renovation and there would be a bagged, to-go breakfast available. That description of the "renovation" was immensely understated. The elevator was out of commission and nearly the entire ground floor was a mess of construction debris. The entire place, rooms included, reeked of plaster. The staff that checked me in was very apologetic about the conditions and very accommodating in changing my room so that this 71-year-old female did not have to drag my luggage up stairs beyond the second floor. Entry to the stairs was a dimly lit side entrance next to the dumpster where there always seemed to be one or two people loitering, smoking. I was a bit upset that the morning staff member that checked me out was not as friendly and seemed to take joy in telling me I could not get the bagged, to-go breakfast prior to the "breakfast" hours. I checked out at 5 am.

DON'T COME TO THIS HOTEL!!! We had to flee from the hotel because we felt very unsafe and the area was very sketchy; there were a lot of homeless people observing the premises, hos checking in and out of the front and specially the side door, then they come to you asking for money. but that was not the problem, the hotel was under some renovations, they let us know that after we were booked.

Wasn’t made aware until after I booked this hotel that it was under construction, to access my room I had to go up the stairs on the side of the building near the dumpster which got sketchy at night especially with my baby
