3 Bedroom Cottage with feel of being in nature.

Summary:
Newly constructed unique cottage includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, covered porch with dining table, grill and a firepit. Very secluded property with lots of mature trees but still close to shopping and attractions. The Cottage is located behind the main house on the right side but is completely separate from the main house. It has dedicated parking and space to relax and enjoy nature. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house.

The Space:
The cottage offers one Master bedroom with a King bed with an ensuite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms with Queen beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have tv's. There's a covered porch to sit and relax under, a grill for cooking out and a firepit to enjoy evenings outside. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house. Once you turn in you will see a sign the says WESLEY COTTAGE with an arrow showing you to stay to the right and you will see the cottage and your parking area.

Guest Access:
Key Pad is located on the backdoor which is located around the side under the covered porch. When you walk up you see two double doors keep
going around to the side. Located on the door is the key pad. To light it up touch the bottom left corner and then put in your code. You should
receive check in info 48 hours before check in. If you don't please let me know.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet and peaceful three acre lot with neighbors on each side of the house but spacious enough for privacy.

Other Things to Note:
Guest have access to all space around the cottage. the tennis court is for kids to play on.

During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of Brook Valley Park. The cottage offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

very nice/peaceful/well equipped
very nice property. getting the fire started was hard as the wood was all damp, but we managed! :) place is great. kitchen is well stocked with things you need to cook. could use a few extra blankets for in the living room. The Tv in the living room is VERY VERY blue. I tried messing with the settings to even it out, but it was no help. That is something that needs to be looked at. Bring fire starters and lighter or matches.

Very brief but fun stay
My husband, step daughter, and I drove to NC from Michigan for our daughter in law’s surprise birthday party. We left Michigan Thursday after work and returned Sunday! But even though it was brief we thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. It was very peaceful so we rested well in between our long drives. It was very centrally located to our event and our son’s home and the surrounding area has everything you could possibly need. The cottage is lovely. I was concerned being on a main road you would be able to hear traffic but not a sound. We will definitely be staying there again!

Great Getaway
Our family of three really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect close to stores where we could get everything we needed. The host was very helpful and would respond right away. The cottage gave us plenty of room and was filled with all the amenities we needed. We will definitely return to this property.

The property is exactly as pictured. The king size bed was very comfortable. Coffee was available with the use of a Keurig machine and coffee pods. Relaxing porch and living area. Everything needed was basically provided including laundry detergent and shower needs. The cottage was very close to several of our family members in the area including the wedding venue so it was the perfect location. The plus side of the home is that it is pet friendly.

Peaceful Private Location
We have stayed at The Cottage for the past month as we are waiting for our new home to be finished. Mike has been very responsive. The check in process is efficient and seamless. The Cottage is nicely appointed with comfortable beds in the three bedrooms. The shower in the Primary bedroom is generous in size. We have enjoyed the peace and privacy of the location. There are several parking spaces available. The location is convenient to Sun Valley amenities including grocery try stores, movie theater and restaurants. We would recommend staying at this VRBO.

The cottage was perfect. So clean and welcoming! It is nice to come to a property that exceeds your expectations. The cottage was perfect and had everything we needed. Wedding Weekend Retreat
This is a fantastic property. Clean and cozy, super cute, and has all of the amenities. Loved the feeling of being secluded and in the woods even when it is so close to local stores and other venues. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful. It's a great location and we will definitely be back!

we were unable to stay in the rental ths weekend due to VRBO’s defective software allowing the property to be double booked for the same time period. we arrived to an already occupied rental. The owner apologized, refunded our money and tried his best to find us other accommodations. he was kind enough to offer us a room in their home. we missed our nephews wedding rehearsal and dinner. vrbo needs to review their booking software so it does not allow this to happen again.

Perfect location in a grove of oaks
We needed a close location while we cared for our elderly parents who were experiencing a health crisis. This cottage was located just a short drive away which was so helpful. Even better, it was a calm, clean, tranquil getaway set in a grove of oak trees that gave us respite when we were not in crisis mode. We appreciated the chocolate kisses, and the coffee was excellent.

The property is exactly as pictured. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Coffee was available along with creme and sugar for the morning. Relaxing porch and living area. The outside lighting was beautiful at night. Everything needed was basically provided including laundry detergent and shower needs. It was great vacation for me and my almost 80 year old mother!!

Moving to NC
We have been traveling from Arizona to North Carolina after we decided to move our family to a home in Monroe. We had been traveling all week, making a number of stops and the Wesley Cotrage was the best by far! It was so quaint with everything we needed as we prepared to close on our home just a few miles away. We could not have asked for anything better!

We were surprised & delighted that the host provided coffee, creamer & sweetener. The beds were very comfortable. Nicely decorated with all the amenities. Perfect for the 6 of us. Would consider staying again the next time we're in the area visiting family. Perfect weekend cottage for visiting with family.
Perfect cottage for the weekend while visiting with family in Waxhaw. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet safe area. Kitchen and living area are beautiful and great for hanging out. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Old tennis courts were fun for the kids with the sidewalk chalk. Wish we had time to enjoy sitting by the fire pit. Lights at the road made it really easy to find the driveway when getting back in after dark. Will stay again next time we're in the area.
