It was the best stay experience we had: from the intimate and well maintained hotel room to the service and friendliness of the staff. The manager Marc has been exceptional in both being knowledgeable of everything Charleston that we want to try and bring thoughtful of recommendations based on your preference and the length of the stay. The zero George is a wonderful hotel. The historical architecture is beautiful, the surface is fantastic, and the tasting menu we had was phenomenal. The downside of our stay was that the room is on a main road and was very noisy at night. I wish they would’ve told us that so we could expect it in advance. Also, the breakfast is not great for the standard of all other aspects of the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel. Will be back.
