We booked a king standard suite but upon arrival we discovered we had been upgraded to a larger room with a full size bed. We were not told about this until we complained about the bed size. We were told they had no other king beds available, so we took the room. Everything else was nice, but I wish we had been given the option to refuse the upgrade.

We had issues with the breakers in the first room assigned, once we got into another room that wasn’t an issue. The facility itself is livable, the room had a sleeper sofa which hurt to sit on, and the bed was way too soft and lumpy for us. The personnel at the front desk were more than helpful, they all went out of their way ensure our stay was pleasant.

The hotel is located 14 miles from downtown, didn’t realize that when I was booking it. Traffic is terrible. If you prefer to stay out of crowds this is the perfect location for you. Breakfast was good but not too many choices.

Property “upgraded” our room but gave us a smaller bed size than reserved. Could not fix this issue the first night but moved us the next day. After settling into the new room with our previously requested king size bed, experienced issues with the television and its connectivity that were not resolved by the time we checked out.
