The room was lovely. Only complaint was powdered cream for coffee in room. They were hard when opened. I prefer the liquid ones that don’t require refrigeration and taste so much better Otherwise everything was perfect

Everything was great except it was noisy, and mattress in room 129needs to be replaced, the hot tub kept coming on by itself for some reason my husband is a plumber and he fixed your toilet for you! This is not our first day here we lock your hotel and will be back. Thank You! The Lowmans from NC

Will not go back there.
Not so good. The staff was excellent. The location was great. The room was way overpriced. We paid much less for the same type of room in the same hotel at the same time of year. Seems like they’re not upgrading just trying to rake in the dough as people are traveling more. The bedding was very uncomfortable including sheets, blanket and pillows. The mattresses were so sunken and lumpy my back hurt in places it hasn't before! The microwave didn’t work and the air system didn’t function properly. The shower had the controls on the back wall. You had to get in the shower to turn on and of course you were blasted with cold water right away. Can’t comment on the restaurant as we did not eat there.

Good place to stay when visiting Charleston
Great bathroom. Very large room. No free breakfast but plenty of nearby breakfast spots. Loved the proximity to Charleston and Savannah

The hotel was large and clean. There was a restaurant in the hotel which is convenient, though the food was average. I really liked the eco friendly products and practices of the hotel.

This was a nice night however, i asked for the romantic package and when we arrived they told me i didnt confirm with them. This was disappointing because i called to ask for the package 4 weeks in advance and someone just didnt do their job.
