I think for the price, the rooms should have a refrigerator. I didn’t even ask about a smart TV because I absolutely assumed that the venue would have a smart TV. Updating would be a very smart move. We have traveled extensively and it was very odd not to have a convenience store or a laundry service available.

Amazing room and hotel property. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Only downside was the hot water took long to run hot but other than that would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel near the historical part of charming Charleston.

The Art Studio was impressive, the roof top restaurant was very nice, the late afternoon champagne and sherry was wonderful. Pastries in the morning delivered to your room was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint is that the lobby coffee in the morning was never hotter than lukewarm. If you choose to offer coffee, make sure it is kept in an insulated pot (or some way to keep it hot). Better not to offer it at all.

Great experience during our stay. Only request would be to add soft close to hotel room doors. I could hear other people's doors slam during both day and night. Otherwise clean, professional, attentive staff and interesting decor.
