The description of the aminities was deceiving. The reality, it is old hotel, small room, old bathroom, breakfast sucks, receptionist were lazy and not cooperative. My van car could not park in the garage under the building because it does not meet the City criteria for parking requirements.

The hotel is as close to the beach as it gets. Just a boardwalk away. There are a few rooms with full ocean view, others have just partial, overlooking a bit messy playground and restaurant patio, which might be getting noisy in season. Rooms are well maintained, with only minor issues. There are some quirks with operating heating/cooling and TV, but nothing that would be worth mentioning. There is not much in the area, at least not much you can walk to. Beach is nice and clean. I would recommend this place as long as you do not need lively entertainment.

Love the hotel, but the parking situation is not good. Parking garage is not checked by the hotel so people going to the bar next-door apart there as well. So we should be parking at the hotel, but because of this relaxed policy, we have to trek it from across the road just to get to our room!!!

This was my first time visiting this beautiful area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Next time I’ll make sure to reserve a room with an ocean view. The staff is very friendly and informative. Dining and shopping is an easy short walk.

Overall good stay. Found it strange that once you go to the lobby on the 1st floor to check-in, you can’t take the elevator back to the ground level to get your luggage. You have to go down the stairs. It seems like an older hotel but clean. Quiet for the most part. The elevator was out of our when we left. Beautiful view of the beach.

I did read the reviews so I knew not to expect much. The beach was beautiful. The room needs a fresh coat of paint. Stains all over the walls. Evening front desk person could smile. Definitely seemed he did not want to be there. Elevator didn't work.

Some good, some not so good
Room was comfortable and clean. Sinks water pressure was poor. Shower was fine. Had to change rooms since TV not working.walls very thin. Can hear conversations. Everything was quiet until the weekend when kids were screaming and playing in the hall. Parking was first come and very difficult to find a space. Breakfast was ok. Mainly cereal and bagels. Don’t think I would ever stat during busy season.
