Absolutely perfect!
Our room was spacious & beautifully appointed. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning on the porch nestled into the couches people watching & enjoying the breeze. The house has been lovingly remodeled but kept all that charm. The "lobby" area is stocked with everything you could need & delicious mint chocolate squares! We were able to walk everywhere & thoroughly enjoyed all the routes we took exploring the city. We will definitely be back.

The Ashley
Charming accommodations, good location, such promise! But... 1) Hire a maintenance person. Lots of little things add up quickly. Toilet paper holder falls apart, can be repaired in 2 minutes with a hex wrench. Clean/suction the shower drain. Plug in the mini-fridge prior to guest arrival. Pressure wash the lovely balcony. Replace the broken bamboo window shades. 2) Parking is minimal, and then you brought in a PODS container to take away two precious spots. I'm giving a 3-star but so easily could be a 4-5.

Spring Break
Nice, clean property with a great grab n’ go breakfast plus bikes for riding around. We were 2 daughters and mom. The pullout bed was better suited for children. That’s our only real complaint. It was nice that a sound machine was in the room to drown out some other people staying that were not so considerate of other guests. It’s super convenient for people needing to be close to MUSC or The College of Charleston.

Ashley B&B
Very pretty, loved the veranda Not really what I think of as a B&B The grab and go options were just "ok" it was like what is offered at Holiday Inn Express but less options. The bikes were a letdown, my chain fell off about 20 minutes into ride and the bike mt spouse was riding had bad brakes.

Beautiful place to stay. Nicely renovated.
We were gone most of the day playing golf, or exploring. Great place to come back to. Good coffee set up and breakfast in the morning. We did not use the bikes but that would’ve been fun. access to the large, wraparound balcony from bedrooms was nice. Great place to sit outside.

Cute Room and Great Location
I stayed here for a couple days while I had some work in Charleston. It is a nice location. I had a rental car but ended up being able to walk everywhere --- couple local coffee shops and the restaurants on King St. I certainly would stay here again.
