The check in staff was very friendly. The process was easy. The room was comfortable. However there was a roach between the sheets of one of the beds. Staff was alerted and brushed it off laughingly.

Checking in front desk staff was very overwhelmed. Got to our room. It smelled of smoke. Went back to the front desk to request a non-smoking room like we did in our original reservation and was told by Mike that all rooms were non-smoking. He said it was probably the room next to us and that they were smoking, but there was nothing he could do about it. He seemed very annoyed by our complaint, however he did put us in a new room. Thankfully The second room was very clean did not smell like smoke and we were pleased with it.

The staff was very nice, the lady who checked us in was helpful in finding us a room that had A/C that worked but the lights didn't work. Then she tried to find a room that actually was comfortable. It was tiring playing musical room. Please update the rooms!!

First of all the experience started out bad as I rented for a friend, provided hotels.com her name and number and you didn't put the reservation in her name anyways. So I had to go up there when she got in to straighten out that mess. Within 5-10 minutes in the room, went to the bathroom and saw 2 roaches, room was not dusted and had I not had to make the trip, you wouldn't be getting all this negative feedback.
