The Space:
We are thrilled to announce that this unit is now equipped with state-of-the-art Dyson hair dryers. Whether you’re preparing for a day of exploration or an evening out, enjoy the convenience and sophistication of a salon-quality hairdryer right in the comfort of your unit. It’s just one of the many ways we’re elevating your experience with CHC Vacation Rentals.

This rental is a two story villa and an incredibly serene and relaxing space.

On the first floor there is a small kitchenette, bistro table that seats 2, pull out sofa, and half bath. The kitchenette includes a full size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, pots & pans, dinnerware, basic cooks tools, and induction cooktop. Please note there is no traditional oven or dishwasher.

Sleep comfortably in the king size bed upstairs and enjoy the peaceful natural light that beams through the windows surrounding the entire second floor.

Guest Access:
Guests have the entire rental to themselves. The courtyard and heated pool are shared.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!

Getting Around:
Charleston is a walking city! Uber is widely available. If guests do have a car, we provide ONE (1) off-street parking space. We suggest to bring an economy size vehicle to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets.

Beautiful, peaceful, luxurious stay
The property was clean and well-represented by the photos. It was a tidy, efficient space that worked perfectly for us (a family of 4). The management was super responsive to any questions we had. We used the pool every day—it was lovely and heated! And, the property was located at the end of a peaceful alley and it was surrounded by a beautiful garden. A truly peaceful retreat!

Had a wonderful time in Charleston and our stay was perfect! We loved how cozy, quiet and beautiful our little pool cottage was. The view from the windows was beautiful and it was minimal while having everything we needed. We loved the sound machine next to the bed to aid good sleep after a busy day of walking all over the city. The location was perfect for us.

This was our first time in Charleston and this litttle pool house made this trip perfect. The home was spotless, and the location was perfectly centered to everything. Very nice- inside and out...upstairs bedroom- super comfortable bed- bed space/ bath. Downstairs is a little worn - sofa/ rug especially. Small kitchen needs some counter or just a regular toaster not a toaster oven. I agree that the blinds need to be more private. Water features and Koi pond are beautiful.
