There were cockroaches in our room, but the front desk staff were super helpful and accommodating, they got us another room right away and also offered to refund us alternatively

There was no elevator to the second floor and it was difficult for my elderly parents to climb the stairs. Other than that no issues. Rooms were very spacious and clean, staff were very friendly, other than outside noise a nice stay.

Access to room was sketchy
The property has three separate buildings. I was in one of the main building. The reservation person didn’t tell me where to access my room as there were no doors across the front of the building. You had to go to either end and walk behind the stairwell. It made me uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. A bag was left in the fridge. The rest of the room was clean.

We will stay with our pup again.
Clean and cost-effective for a quick overnight stay with our dog. We will stay here again on our way home. Easy access to the freeway and avoids the downtown area.
