Extremely close to the Cooper bridge which will get you to downtown Charleston quickly. A quieter area than downtown, but still very close to everything. Kayaking and other beautiful beach/water experiences nearby. The continental breakfast was varied and delicious and the pool was a nice benefit.

I picked this hotel off of reviews and it didn’t disappoint. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. I had 2 queens with a desk and chair. I had plenty of plug ins which had been a problem before. There was a place to put my luggage. My personal dislike was that I forgot soap, shampoo and conditioner and they had dove products which wasn’t my favorite. The breakfast was your typical kind bagels toast fake eggs sausage bacon etc. I will definitely stay here again.

Top tier customer service! The check in attendants were friendly and accommodating. Every employee I encountered, had a wonderful demeanor and great attitude. I enjoyed the hospitality from the free freshly baked cookies, to the tasty free breakfast, and the text messages regarding our stay! My room and the hotel itself was clean, modern, and well kept. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet and peaceful. The entire atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. I will definitely book again and recommend.

I thoughtvthe place was great but realy not a good fit for animals. No place to go take your animal to the bathroom. Food was all right but was not impressive. Got to try Black Fedora pelican comedy. Great place wife and i went too. Thank you

The kids bed at a horrible noise to it every time u even touched it made a sound. We did report it the next day and they did come and fix it. We were out of bath soap and hand soap on day 2 and they serviced the room but never filled bottles, had to go to front desk at midnight to get soap. Just frustrating when you pay that kind of money you expect it to be worth it and it wasn’t. We have stayed in better for less money.
