Unfortunately I woke up to a roach crawling over my foot while in bed. I did tell hotel staff and she apologized but said that all she could do.

This is a great hotel. Clean, nice staff. Great water pressure. Shampoo. Conditioner, bath soap in shower. Great free breakfast options. Next door to an excellent Italian restaurant.

"I stayed over the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the room and common areas. The cleanliness and amenities like the microwave and fridge were definitely to my liking. Also, the location was very convenient for dining and shopping needs. I will definitely use this place again next time I'm in the Charleston area.

Not only they gave us a smoked in room claming is non smoking but then we get awaken at 8am by housekeeping. When asked they just said i should of put a do not disturb sign eventhough check out time it at 11am. Terrible
