Superfically Property looks good. Very difficult to find entrance ally and not many parking lots ("go next door to multifloor parking lot, park on 3rd Floor and we will credit the bill". Heater fan set to high and could not be changed - I arrived very late and could not fix that night. No hot shower water then came on after 20 minutes at 5am. Front desk staff try hard but are not able to remedy much themselves. Internet failed on and off for 36 hours until finally fixed after 3 complaints. No local restaraunts for night dinner. This place is not up to IHG standards and should be avoided.

The staff was amazing and kind from check-in to check-out!!!! I would stay again because they were so friendly and accommodating. The parking was a lil tight but I did feel as though I park anywhere because of my parking pass. Would stay again and again ♥️

The facility is very nice, as is the staff. The only downside is parking, which is limited at the hotel. The parking garage across the street is available but a bit creepy at night if you are a solo female traveler. I didn't have an issue when I parked there.

Pass this one up!
This hotel is in dire need of renovation. The lobby looks great but the rooms are another story. There was a whole in the wall near the popcorn ceiling. The bathroom and room were very small. The toilet did not work properly—did not always fill up after being flushed and the shower was old and rusty. There was one positive—a comfortable bed. We stayed for one night because the hotel is close to MUSC and we had an early morning medical appointment but I would not stay there again.

This hotel was well maintained and clean. If you are looking to stay in Charleston and don't want to pay the high prices to stay downtown, this is a good option. It didn't cost a lot to Uber downtown and back to the hotel. Parking can fill up in the main parking lots around the hotel, but they have a good option of parking in a deck next to the hotel and they will validate your parking at the main desk.

Facility was excellent except for a faulty elevator that seemed to be recurring outage all weekend. Parking on site was somewhat limited. There was additional parking across the street in a parking garage but somewhat inconvenient. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent, area was very clean, and breakfast staff were outstanding.
