This hotel wasn’t very good. I had no hot water in the shower. The breakfast was just absolutely awful. There was no light roast coffee… There was no waffles… not even any batter…what was there wasn’t very good at all. Almost inedible. I settled for a bagel which wasn’t real fresh. The cleanliness wasn’t very clean. This is the 3rd Hilton type hotel I have stayed in and I probably won’t stay in another ever.

No counter space or convenient area for suitcases in the room. Had to use the floor. Very little counter space in bathroom. No prior notice was given that our room was right next to the pool. Since we were just staying overnight, felt no need to request a room change.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is right off the highway, which made it easy to find. However, the surrounding area has some windy, one-way roads that can be a bit confusing, and we ended up on the wrong side at one point. The hotel is situated next to a river, which adds a nice touch to the scenery. However, the highway structure in the area seems to attract a number of homeless individuals, who can be seen in various corners nearby. On a positive note, the room and building were great—clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for our stay. The highlight of our visit was definitely the staff. They were incredibly friendly, always wearing smiles and making us feel welcome. Their professionalism and courtesy truly stood out, and they even extended their hospitality to our furry friend by providing a little pet bag filled with treats and amenities. That was a wonderful touch! Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and outstanding staff.

This property was all dirty! The room had not even been cleaned and the front desk wanted us to stay in it anyway! They were rude , and we left and wanted our money back .. we had to fight to get it ! Expedia was also terrible to work with when there was a problem ..

Ac was broke in our room when i told the front desk they had someone who was drunk and off the clock come into the room to work on the ac even though i requested a new room. The person didnt even fix the ac just unplugged it and plugged it back in. I had to go back to the front desk to again request a new room to finally be given one. And the new room had a working ac but the mattresses had urine stains all over them. The pool had random nastiness just floating around.

This was worst stay we have had. We try always book a Hampton Inn only because of better quality but this one was the worst. I have pictures of the garbage piled up on our floor near elevator the whole time we were there. The staff not friendly at all. The breakfast was unattended, out of most options, drink machine broken, when I asked for milk for cereal the person brought it out and slammed into the pitcher holder very rude. We had to leave and eat breakfast at a gas station which was an extra expense. Called to verify pool was open earlier in the day as heat index was 107 degrees on the motorcycle so we needed to cool down only to find out once there it’s closed and fitness room too. We want a refund for this bad experience and will question if booking with at Hampton Inn Is still our best option or if we need to look into other hotels.

Hampton Inn, in my mind used to be very nice clean hotels, a step above the rest. This hotel was filthy. Carpets in the hallways and the elevator floor were terribly dirty. In the room the carpet hadn't been cleaned. We have stayed in many Hampton Inn's and this was by far the worst.
