House was adorable, enjoyed the porch/patio for sitting outside, and location was great for walking all over Charleston, but we are walkers, so it served us well. For others where walking everywhere is not your thing, you can use the bike taxis and/or Uber where you want to go. Close to the bar end scene of King Street so it can be noisy, along with traffic noise especially on weekend nights. If this bothers you, make use of the noise machine provided. Kitchen equipped okay, but no hot pads or toaster. 3 coffee pots, 1 being Keurig, but be sure to bring your own coffee. (We did not even the get the first morning packs as advertised) No basic spices, so if you plan on doing any cooking bring everything you need with. Small dorm size fridge in this unit so don’t plan on keeping a lot of beer or food cold at the same time. Hosts are a bit skimpy on toilet paper provided, they say 2 rolls (we got 1 1/2) which would be fine for a long weekend but when you are there for a week… I feel they should provide you with an appropriate amount based on your length of stay. TP is cheap compared to the price paid per night to stay. King size bed is comfy and looks nice and cozy with 6 over stuffed king size pillows, but not the best pillows for sleeping on. You may want to consider bringing your own pillows, I wish I would have. But overall we enjoyed the house very much and our time in Charleston. We would definitely consider staying here again if we came back.
