The room was nice and bed very comfortable. The foot traffic outside was horrible and people going in and out side door all night. Ended up leaving at 130 am to go sleep in a rest area. Great hotel but HORRIBLE location. Obvious drug dealing going on in the lot next to the street. Lot reeked of marijuana smoke. People wandering in front of the property who were obviously struggling with substance use problems.

We enjoyed our stay! Bathroom was very clean, room was much bigger than expected! We were able to watch Netflix during our stay and enjoyed the bar in the lobby. Everything was clean from the room, to bathroom, to linens on the bed! Staff was friendly and we got to pet some pups since the hotel was pet friendly! We’d definitely stay here again!!

We had a little speedbump checking in. The room we had was across the hall from a loud barking dog, every time someone walked by he went nuts. We had just checked in (about 3ish) and decided into downtown Charleston and then see if when we got back if it was better. If was not (8pm). The very nice front desk lady gave us a new room and it was perfect. They also shared they have strict policy on dogs not being left unattended and will address the owners of the dog in question.

Property was very clean and the room was nice! The only issue was cafe in the morning. It wasn’t open 3 of the mornings we attempted to eat breakfast there. There was barely any food or coffee left out in the morning. The cafe in the evening was great and we ate there a couple times. Bartender was very nice.

There was no coffee in the room for the coffee maker. I get up at 0300 so I need the coffee in the room because this place does not have coffee in the lobby available at that time. There was no soap in the room and there was none available from housekeeping. There were dirty clothes from the previous guest still in the room. I will not be staying there on my next trip.
