Everything about the hotel was great. Only thing we didn’t care that much for was the location. There was an Econo Lodge behind us and Waffle House next to us.

I traveled from Japan for a wedding to find out that my room was canceled. Although it’s not advertised the hotel charges your card before you stay, although it states that you pay at the property. I never had this happen before.

The staff was rude, they cancelled my original reservation because they charged your card for the first full night stay the night before you get there. Then the staff told me that all rooms were booked so they could charge me a higher price. I went online and booked the hotel again and my original price. There are strange bugs in the room.

I’d pass on this one if I was you.
Welcome to 1984 where your room key forgets its programming every day and the front desk is empty. Pool is small and cold! Water pressure is 5 out of 10 and no take down shower head. Breakfast too short. Keep looking.

Looked like they've been trying to make some upgrades. Hallway carpet looked newer. Breakfast was good with the exception of the fly in my husband's coffee this morning. Bed was comfy. TV connection not so clear. Dust hanging from corner f ceiling in bedroom area. Also, carpet in bedroom badly damaged.

The girl checking us in clearly did not want to be there so that’s already a bad feeling. The bed was nice and big but you could feel every spring in the mattress, my boyfriend and I barely slept. There were also big rips in our comforter with the stuffing falling out. If you just walk past the pool you can look and see that they never clean it, it was disgusting and so disappointing I’m sure someone’s going to get an infection or something. There’s barely any parking around the building and it’s terrible trying to make a left turn out of the parking lot. Breakfast is only from 6-9, shortest breakfast hours ever! The elevator still needs maintenance it was moving while the door was still open!! The elevator is rickety and very scary I read a review from a year ago about it and it’s still not fixed. We got less than what we paid for and will never be back such a horrible 3 day vacation.
