Great breakfast but not much else
The free breakfast was excellent. Great variety and tasted great. This was the only part of the stay that was great. However, even though I was told that we would get room service every 3 days that didn't happen. We had fishing bait in the refrigerator when we arrived. We were constantly asking for more towels and took forever to get them. I asked for a box of tissue. Tried calling the front desk and had to go to the front desk to get them. Also, told the front desk that we needed our trash to be removed. The staff only emptied the can in the living room area not the bathroom. The 2 cans were about 5 feet apart. We were told that our stay included valet parking. They never allowed us to do that. Very small parking lot. The valet had more parking than the regular parking area. Maybe 25 spaces total. I would not stay there again.

Construction happening all day and never had towels anywhere for the pool. Idk if housekeeping was supposed to come but they never did so I had a ton of garbage. They did refund me for a night I didn’t end up staying without asking though.

This property was not clean. I was charged over $200 a night and I was not able to force myself to get in bed. I'm sure my room was not cleaned after the last person left. There was hair in the bed, on top the covers, in the shower, and on the counter top. The pictures look okay online but believe me, you will regret spending your money to stay there. There is absolutely no water pressure. I recommend spending the extra money and going someplace else. Two stars for the property condition because the airconditioner and the elevator worked.
