Charming historic inn with friendly staff. Easy walk to the market, horse drawn carriages, restaurants and shops. Complimentary breakfast and wine and cheese in the afternoon was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the location, the accommodations and they were incredibly nice at check out. We did an eco kayak tour that morning and rushed back in traffic to get out of the room and they were very understanding!!! A

We couldn't have been happier to have found this gem of a boutique hotel! Everyone was so kind and helpful! Breakfast was excellent, and the sunroom was really special. The beds were comfortable, and the street was quiet - everyone in our party slept soundly! If we come back to Charleston, we'll be staying here again!

My husband and I stayed for four nights and loved this inn. The room was very clean and spacious and included a fridge and safe. Breakfast in the solarium was excellent and had a great variety of food: yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, pastry, egg sandwiches, frittatas, etc. Miss Cynthia kept the tables clean and was very sweet and friendly. The inn is in a great location, within walking distance of the vendor market and some great restaurants. Highly recommend!

The property is nice and in a great location. Unfortunately we ended up in a room adjacent to the elevator and also directly below the solarium where breakfast is served. The noise late at night was bad and then starting at 5am we could no longer sleep due to the breakfast prep above our bed. We were moved to a new room which was better in the morning but was directly next to the first floor elevator. The noise at night from the elevator and people coming in and out was unbearable. We only got to sleep even decently one night out of five. For the price of the stay I would expect to at least be able to sleep well.

Andrew Pinckney Inn is ideally located to great restaurants, roof top venues, the Market, horse carriage tours n shops. The staff at the Inn are all personable, professional and eager to assist. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff are very accommodating and assisted in getting us extra towels and water for our room. Their continental breakfast offers a variety of buffet items- cereals, muffins, danishes, bagels different types of quiches and the best cheese biscuits along with juice, coffee and tea. All items are constantly being replenished by their morning staff who greet you with a big smile! Afternoon complimentary wine and cheese is not to be missed! We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning to seeing ya all!!

Good hotel but Hotels.com should be ashamed.
We were initially a little disappointed in the size of or rooms but they were very comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect for our trip. The breakfast room was on the top floor and offered a great view of the area. The only thing I didn’t like was Hotels.com and the complicated ordeal to ask for your price guarantee. This was one of those times when the other booking companies had a much lower price and the didn’t do the reduction without cancellation. This is the third time this has happened and it will probably be the last. I’m ready to use a different company to book in the future.

The Inn was located perfectly in the historic district. Dining and shopping was very accessible as were carriage rides. Perfect vacation. Our maid was fantastic. I thought the Front desk staff were not very friendly.

Absolutely loved this place
Such a wonderful place to stay. Perfect location and finishing touches. Loved the breakfast and the opportunity to enjoy free local wine, cured meat, cheese and biscuits. A great idea for residents to meet and exchange knowledge of the the area. I would 100% recommend to stay here

I was not aware of any upgrade. They left a small bottle of wine. Was that it? There were some minor issues with the plumbing. The toilet didn't always flush properly. Also, when any other guests flushed their toilets, we heard it loud and clear. Shower water pressure was low. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Valet parking was expensive but worked well.

This was a cute boutique hotel in a very good walkable area close to everything! The cookies they put in the lobby every afternoon were delicious, loved the happy hour wine and cheese s. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay!
