KITCHEN
Full stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook at home (including spices). Complimentary coffee and tea.

Queen size bed with blackout curtains and TV for watching your favorite shows from bed.

OTHER UNITS ON-SITE
This home is a duplex. The owner lives in the other unit. We also have a RV on-site that we share with short term rental guests. Inquire if you need a second bedroom and we'd love to host you in the camper!

CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.

RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.

DEPOSIT
We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.

Pets are not allowed
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to University of North Carolina. The vacation home offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

Briar Chapel visit
This was a great spot for my wife and I who were visiting family who live in the Briar Chapel neighborhood. Quiet and spacious - nice deck on the back. Nice that there are TVs in both living area and bedroom. Good WiFi too. We will certainly return to this property in the future. Highly recommend.

House in the woods
It was perfect for me or a couple would like it. It’s in the woods. There’s a deck on the back where I sat and watched half a dozen deer saunter through the property. I like the touches and I also like the smart TV. The host was very helpful. Thank you, Erin and Thanks for a nice three days! when my wife and I come back next fall, we will surely stay here if it’s available!

The property appears to be in a rural forested setting, but it is not isolated. It is scenic with large boulders among the trees. It was very quiet and I would say it is a comfortable apartment. It was clean.
