The staff was helpful with my baggage, with getting the TV to function, and with getting me an internet connection.

Comfortable well run Hotel

The Kydon city hotel Chaina is very well located on the edge of the old town and has a car park! The staff were very cheerful and helpful at all times. The breakfast buffet was full of variety including local pastries and cheeses. would happily stay there again.

Solid, decent hoetl

The hotel generally maintains a very high standard and is in a great location at the heart of the city. Its staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The main issues we had were the fact that the beds were too small. The double bed is not comfortable enough for a couple. Also, the rooms were not made up in our absence despiting being away from our room in all but the siesta hours. Otherwise, I would struggle to find a fault with this hotel.

Kydon Hotel, Chania, Crete

Good size room with balcony and fabulous view, staff extremely helpful and pleasant, from reception to restaurant to cleaners, meals excellent quality and choice, would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! HB
