The flat features a wonderful balcony with unique views of the city’s skyline up to the old town and sea view! It offers one double bedroom, open space living room with kitchen and modern bathroom. It is an ideal choice for sightseeing, comfort and hassle free stay.

Our flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons in 47m2 of interior space plus an amazing city view balcony. There is one double bedroom, bathroom and open space living room, dining and a fully equipped kitchen area. Two more persons can be accommodated at the living room sofa that turns into a double bed.

The flat is ideally located in central Chania, steps away from the Old Town, central bus station and just a 20’ walk to the nearest Nea Chora sandy beach.

Our modern flat is located at the beating heart of Chania. Within walking distance you will find numerous cafes and restaurants, cocktail bars and brunch shops, offering great quality and choice to sit in or take away.

Within a few minutes, you can wander around the scenic cobbled alleys of the Old Town or walk around the Venetian Harbour, explore its shops and unique markets or find out about the city’s unique history and multicultural heritage. The Municipal Market is also the perfect spot for your local product shopping like honey, cheese & herbs, and an interesting walk to get a glimpse of the local everyday life.

At the city’s central bus station, located just 180m away, you can find bus routes connecting all major points of the island of Crete and all the famous beaches and sights to the north or south.

Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €1.5 per night, while from November to February, it is €0.5 per night.
