Great home, perfect location!
Fred’s house was great for my girls weekend. The home has everything you need including a coffee maker and keurig which weren’t listed. We had a great time cooking together and going to seven springs for the fall fest. I would recommend Fred’s place for sure

Family Getaway
Our family had a wonderful stay. The owners had everything we needed at the condo to cook family dinners, along with games, and things to entertain the little ones. We were so thrilled with the close proximity to the pool. We are already trying to plan our next trip.

Reunion Weekend
Wonderful stay at this property! Home was exactly as pictured and immaculately clean. We had a party of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect and with complimentary shuttle service down to the main lodge, it's an easy way to accommodate travel for a group around the resort area. The owner was a pleasure to deal with; easy to communicate with and immediately responsive to any questions and needs. I would highly recommend this property for a weekend or longer. We'll be booking again in the future!

Unfortunately, the conditions weren't great for snowboarding, and the ski lift outside our house wasn't running, but it was still only a very short walk to get to the main slopes. In better snow conditions - this would be an amazing ski in/ski out location! Loved the house and would definitely stay here again!

Slopeside paradise
This is the best ski in/ski out location on the mountain, and the slopeside hot tub makes it easy to relax and watch the neighborhood lift go by after a day on the slopes. Spacious, well stocked, comfortable, and managed by an attentive host. We'd love to stay here again.

Our Seven Springs Ski Vacation (10-17 Feb 2023)
With the exception of needing a bit more snow on the slopes, our vacation at Brian's townhouse was absolutely wonderful and we would stay there again without hesitation! For our family, the best part was being able to prepare 3 meals each day and eat together, something we haven't been able to do for some time! The kitchen was extremely spacious and had plenty of everything to make meals small and large. We sincerely appreciate some of the sundries left by previous customers and left some of our unused items for the next vacationers. The townhouse is quite large and each of the three bedrooms had their own full bathroom! Add the downstairs game room with XBox and Foosball Table and the garage with a dart board, and we had plenty of alternate activities to keep the kids busy! Worth Noting: The unit has an outdoor lockable storage area to store skis and poles which made it super easy to ski in/ski out. Also, the garage had a similar ski storage setup for those new skiers who preferred to take the free shuttle down to the ski area. Communications: Can't say enough about our communications with Brian prior to (and during) our stay. He is super-responsive and offered suggestions to ensure we had a perfect stay. If I had to make one suggestion for improvement, the king bed mattress in the Master Bedroom is ready to be replaced. We will be back!!!

Perfect location!
My family of 8 checked in for a winter weekend at Seven Springs and this place did not disappoint! The property was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked and the host was very responsive. Cannot beat this location, if the slopes are groomed it is super easy to just hop on and enjoy the day.

Great location and extremely clean
We have taken family overnight trips to Seven Springs for over 10 years and have stayed at 7 different condos or houses. This one was either number 1 or 2. Location, layout, cleanliness, and appliances are excellent. It is well equipped with kitchen utensils and cooking items. We are staying again in the winter for a ski vacation.
