Stoneridge C11AB has 12 steps leading in and is one level, offering internet access and being pet friendly. This standard-rated home sleeps eight. The living room features a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. There's a fully functional kitchen, and the dining room seats six.
One bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed, a daybed/trundle, and a flat-screen TV. These bedrooms share a second full bath.
Stoneridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. This unit is within walking distance to the slopes, weather permitting. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two depending on location, with plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the communities.
All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue.
During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis, basketball courts and the two community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).
NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests. However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out (WEATHER PERMITTING). All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.
