In the heart of the village of Champéry, close to the Paladium and only a few meters from the cable car, Chalet Haute Cime by Mrs Miggins, is a magnificent family chalet which was completely renovated in 2022.The chalet’s advantageous location means that guests have access to all the seasonal activities that the picturesque village of Champéry has to offer including the Palladium and its sports complex, the Dent du Midi region, as well as these multiple sports and cultural activities. The Portes du Soleil region is the largest ski area in the world and has some of the most demanding mountain biking trails as well as excellent walks of varying difficulties in outstanding scenery. Champéry has some excellent restaurants, cafes, and bars in the village and throughout the Porte du Soleil ski area. Summer and winter there is always something to do and discover in the region.This completely renovated and fully equipped 350m2 chalet offers 6 bedrooms and can accommodate a total of 12 adults and 2 children (14 people maximum). It consists of the following rooms:An open plan ground floor with two lounge areas - a television area and a fireplace area; a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a home office for teleworking, hall and a downstairs cloakroom. For the summer months there is a large terrace with table and chairs for 12 and an outdoor sofa set.On the first floor, there are 5 beautiful bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a single bed with an additional underbed single and is ideal for children (bathroom facilities are shared with bedroom 5. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with ensuite shower room. Bedrooms 1 through 3 have balcony access with a view of the Dents du Midi. Bedroom 4 has a double bed with ensuite shower room. Bedroom 5 has a double bed and sofa bed (suitable for 1 or 2 children) and shares a bathroom with room 2.On the second and last floor, is a principal suite which takes up the whole top floor. The principal suite is equipped with a large bathroom including a Villeroy and Boch bathtub, walk-in shower and double sink. The bedroom has a King size bed, home working area, coffee machine and access to a private balcony.In the basement there is a shower room, a laundry room, a ski room with ski rack and boot heater as well as a large family room. The family room has a pool table, television area, board games and a bar with a wine fridge. Outside there is a large terrace and garden with BBQ and associated equipment as well as a garage with two covered parking spaces and an additional on-street uncovered space at the front of the chalet --
