The spacious, new, fully-equipped 110 m² apartment is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, an equipped kitchen, a nice living room as well as a furnished meadow and terrace to admire the view while having your meals. The + : a suspended net to take a nap in front of the Chamonix peaks and a large meadow for you and your children !

## Logement
The chalet is composed of 3 bedrooms, where you will find 2 double beds, a bunk bed, 1 mezzanine with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room as well as several sinks, without forgetting a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and a beautiful living room area overlooking the terrace of the chalet.

To relax after a day of hiking, you can lie down on the net above the living room and admire the view of the Drus which is sublime and hypnotic.

You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay, namely: Garage, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Heating, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven. The fireplace is not working, so you can't make a fire.

The apartment also has a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy your meals with your family and admire the view and the surrounding nature. The large garden will be very appreciated in summer and winter.
Hiking trails accessible to all are close to the chalet.
The Chamonix golf course is less than 10 minutes away on foot and Le Paradis des Praz, ideal for children, offers a playground in the middle of nature and is a delight for young and old.

You will be at 10 mn walk from the gondolas of the Flégère domain.
In summer, these gondolas will take you to many hikes such as the Lac Blanc offering sublime panoramas on the Mont Blanc chain and the Mer de glace.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
