This fourth-floor apartment (with lift) has a comfortable, bright living room and a corner balcony with stunning mountain views. The well-equipped kitchenette is next to the contemporary dining table with 3 chairs. There is also a table and chairs on the private balcony for al fresco dining. The wooden-floored sitting room has a sofa bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, fridge and coffee making machine.

Centrally located, with excellent access to all of Chamonix’s amenities, the apartment is just a 1-minute walk from L’Aiguille du Midi cable car station. The ski shuttle buses to all skiing areas are also close by.

Chamonix is well-known for the wide variety of both winter and summer activities. It is a centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledging and ice skating. There is also an indoor swimming pool and hammam, which is open all year round. In the summer there are numerous options including hiking and biking trails through stunning mountain scenery, rock climbing and mountaineering, paragliding, a large outdoor pool and tennis. The town is home to many fine restaurants and bars, which will suit all budgets and ages – many of these are right on your doorstep.

Geneva airport is a 75-minute drive from the apartment, whilst Chamonix-Mont-Blanc railway station, which offers free services to other resorts, is just a 5-minute taxi ride away.

Close to the midi, dirty, loud, no WiFi
Location in chamonix sud is convenient for the midi, it is very loud even more so than other places we’ve stayed in chamonix sud, there is a bar that’s open till nearly 3 most nights, and the walls are very thin so you can hear all of the neighbors that come in on the weekends usually. If you close the wood blinds it helps. The fold out couch was fairly uncomfortable, we ended up using our inflatable camping mattress on it. The kitchen has decent amenities, the shower had a bunch of mold in it that could’ve been cleaned easily but wasn’t. The property management company listed the property with WiFi but it doesn’t have it, they were able to give us a portable WiFi which had a poor connection most days but was better than nothing. We would have preferred that they were more flexible in their policies and allowed us to cancel as this was their mistake and is very important to us. They are generally responsive and easily checked in etc as they have an office in chamonix sud.

Great location, but very noisy by night
The location is walkable to the main attractions and there is a bus station near by. The host provided us with a bottle of wine at our arrival, which was a nice attention. The rental was clean. Although we had to have earplug to sleep because it is noisy and very night at 2 am, drunk people would hang out outside and wake us up. There is a lot of black mold in the bath.

Appartement vétuste
Appartement bien situé au coeur de chamonix et au pied du téléphérique de l'aiguille du midi. Moisissure dans la salle de bain, environnement bruyant avec vue sur une place où les gens aiment bien discuter à 3h du matin sur leur balcon ou assis sur la place. Le simple vitrage de l'appartement ne permet pas d'isoler phonétiquement l'appartement, ni la porte d'entrée d'ailleurs. L'appartement est plutôt bien équipé mais il faudrait mettre un coup de neuf. Sol abîmé, meuble vieillot, carrelage dépassé dans la salle de bain et moisissure apparente. L'eau chaude a une couleur jaunâtre. Bref le seul avantage reste bien sa position en coeur de ville
