Close to shops and transport, 15min away from the Chamonix city center, this comfortable accommodation is perfect for a stay in the mountains, in winter as well in summer.

This very nice 72 sq. m chalet on two levels, with a cosy decoration, is composed of :
- a nice balcony with a beautiful view,
- a terrace giving on a 1000 sq. m garden,
- a charming living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with a bunk bed, a simple bed and a storable bed,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a separate fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment,

Cars can be parked in front of the chalet.

## Neighborhood

In the calm and residential neighborhood of Les Bossons, close to the transports and 15 min to Chamonix center, you will be in the best place to enjoy the town and its huge ski area. You will find all the shops, including ski rental and equipment shops, in a few minutes driving, as well as numerous bars and restaurants. All the leisure opportunities are also in Chamonix center: you will join the Casino and the Alpine Museum in 10 minutes and the Thermal Centre in 12 minutes by car. But you can also easily move around the town and reach the other cable cars thanks to the bus network and the train. Finally, in summer, you will also find many activities: shopping, hiking, mountain biking...
