Mont Blanc from all the windows.
Lovely quiet position with fantastic mountain views from the sunny balcony. A very short walk to all the necessary shops and an easy walk to the buses or train. Our host was very welcoming and always ready to help without being intrusive. I loved our conversations in genuine franglais!

Cosy, homely with exceptional views.
What a fantastic place to stay. We received a very warm welcome from Jean-Luc and Francine. They even provided an extra bed on request.The views from the three large Velux windows are the best we have seen. Never had a view of a mountain with cable car while brushing my teeth before. The balcony view is also spectacular of Aiguille du Midi. You have your own dedicated parking space and separate entrance. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly, traditional and convenient alpine retreat
We spent just over a week staying in this apartment. It is a very clean, well-equipped, traditional alpine house in a convenient spot about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix and close to the bus stop which can transport you up and down the valley. Jean-Luc and his family are wonderful hosts. Very warm and friendly but they totally respect your privacy. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. We would thoroughly recommend a visit. Jean-Luc invited us for homemade blueberry tart and a beer. Very kind.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, toller Blick vom Balkon auf den Gletscher von Chamonix. Zentrum der Stadt ist mit Bus erreichbar, zu Fuß etwa 30 Minuten. Sehr netter Vermieter, Einrichtung etwas veraltet. Insgesamt, angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Une location au pied des montagnes
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à Chamonix que nous connaissions déjà. La region est absolument magnifique. Les randonnées nous ont ravies. Monsieur Constant est un hôte très accueillant et à l’écoute. L’appartement situé à l’étage de sa maison est vaste. La vue est splendide sur 360°. La décoration est certes vétuste mais l’équipement est complet et les couchages sont bons. Attention si vous êtes grands, la douche sera peu pratique pour vous. Nous avons noté également quelques manques pour la vaisselle mais rien de grave. Les commerces et les transports en commun à deux pas sont également un gros plus.

logement propre et conforme à la description
Ce logement est assez grand mais en sous-pente. Il est parfaitement équipé et propre. La douche de la salle de bain est peu pratique surtout si l'on mesure plus d'1m75. L'endroit est calme et le petit super marché à deux pas est bien pratique. La décoration est ce qu'elle est . Le rapport qualité prix nous semble bon compte tenu de la surface, de la localisation et du fait que le logement se trouve dans un chalet avec vue sur le jardin et sur les montagnes. Le propriétaire est très attentif au confort des locataires et nous l'en remercions.
