Unfriendly staff and no parking

Pros: Situation
Cons: The Staff !!!!
The room was clean and ok, place at the sea, BUT no parking near or forward to main door. Outside main door was stairs without any ramp for suitcases. My husband goes with crutch and it was quite difficult with stairs. The hotel staff doesn´t help us anyway.
