If you’re looking for the perfect all-inclusive hotel in Tulum, look no further. Hilton Tulum surpassed my expectations. It truly is a 5 star hotel. From the a la carte dining options, to the many bars throughout the property. The hotel is new and nicely maintained. The employees are courteous and work very hard to make sure guests are happy. I will certainly be returning!

nice property average rooms. dirty sofa and wet. most of the guests/People that were there because of the all inclusive alcohol and food was trashy and loud and obviously 4 sharing a room to be able to afford it. I would not stay there again!

Kids camp was perfect. Food was pretty awful. The forced reservation for every night with no option for walk in was just dumb. Elevator in our complex had no mechanism to stop doors from closing. Giant safety hazard. I saw a guy get totally squished in between the doors. I was really worried for my daughters safety.

really enjoy staying here. Many of the staff were helpful and professional. Love all the sommelier wine recommendations. Bartender’s at the lounge bar were the best. but unfortunately I found some to be rude and not interested and providing service or help, especially at the beach or the pool bar. Many times I would see them hanging around the bars and using foul language and not providing service. I know not always is going to be perfect but is important to show the effort on helping and serving. I do want to thanks all of those employees that go above and beyond and really love what they do.
