Magical Ocean Views in a 1 bedroom Jungle Paradise!

Summary:
Welcome to the gorgeous jungle at Vista Encantada with some of the most breathtaking views in all of Nayarit! Short and long term stays welcome. This 2nd floor condo is 1 bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms with a King size bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are laundry facilities located on each floor of the building. Living area has couches, television with Netflix, air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. The private balcony off the living room is perfect for enjoying whale watching, magical sunsets and your morning coffee. Lounge around our pool, hike the property, down to the beach or play pickle ball in our court. Adults only. Children permitted between May and September.

The Space:
Come visit Vista Encantada just outside the pueblito of El Divisadero, Nayarit, Mexico, an Eco Development with walking paths through the jungle, spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, where you can disconnect and relax with nature. Away from the busy city, we are located off the beaten path but only 15 minutes to the highway. Located 8km from the highway. The first 6km is paved and the last 2km is a bumpy dirt road. We are 41 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport between La Penita and Chacala, Nayarit.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the pool, gym, putting green/mini-golf, game room, pickleball court and other amenities in the development. Las Cuevas beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Nayarit is a one mile drive or walk from the property.

The Neighborhood:
Beach dining is close by at Chacala beach if you care to have a nice fresh catch of Dorado (Mahi mahi) or Huachinango (red snapper) or giant shrimp for lunch or dinner. For shopping, dining and open market as well as doctor or dentist, La Penita is a short drive (15 to 20 minutes).

Getting Around:
Currently, it is best to rent a car when flying in to the Puerto Vallarta airport. For long term guests, Airport pickup and drop off are available and ask us about our loaner cars.

Other Things to Note:
From Puerto Vallarta, go north about 50 miles and turn at El Divisadero. We are located about 7 kilometers off the highway, of which, about 2 kilometers is a dirt/gravel road. Las Cuevitas beach is just down the street from us 1 mile and Chacala beach is to the north of us. We have a great view of Chacala Bay. Closest shopping, doctors, etc is about a 20 minute drive. Vista Encantada is a little out of the way and perfect for a relaxing, beautiful vacation.

Interaction with Guests:
Someone will meet you at check in. Staff is onsite.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a fitness center, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. This apartment also features a garden and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Chacala apartment is smoke free.
