About 4 km from Le Colombier, the gîte is located in the center of the village and next to a communal car park. Through a secure gate, you enter the private courtyard with terrace, equipped with spacious garden furniture. This completely renovated gîte is designed to accommodate up to 6 people with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main entrance opens onto a hall which serves; on your left - a relaxation lounge, and on your right, an equipped and functional kitchen with dining area. You can directly access the terrace. A toilet with washbasin is available on the ground floor. Two staircases will allow you to partially discover the bedrooms. The wooden staircase, accessible from the hall, leads you to two bedrooms: a first bedroom with a 140*190 bed, and a second bedroom, with two 90*200 beds; a bathroom. A laundry room at your disposal (with washing machine, dryer, and sink) and finally in the extension, a second staircase in wood and steel, overlooks the third and last bedroom. This master bedroom, with balcony and private lounge area, includes 140*190 bedding, an office space, a bathroom with integrated WC. For the happiness of young and old, a large room (unheated), ideal for meeting and sharing moments of relaxation, time for a reading or during a game of table football. A partly covered patio is fitted out to enjoy a rest area. Electric heating. On your arrival: the beds are made, the bathroom linen and the charges are included. This cottage is ideally located to discover this road pass of the Jura massif located at an altitude of 1,498 m, the unmissable cycling events. To see the national nature reserve of the Marais de Lavours, national nature reserve with an area of 473 hectares. Activities for all and in all seasons.
