Very good venue and price. Near Fabriano.
I stayed for 1 night only. I was looking for a cheap place near Fabriano, and the hotel delivered. Super clean and quiet. Comfortable. Breakfast had no decaf coffee. all carbs and dairy, no napkin (LOL). Receptionist only spoke Italian. Could not find Wifi code anywhere, and receptionist is only part time. Still. fantastic value for money.

Hotel is a building site
No one there when we arrived. Hotel is actually on the second floor off a building which is under construction. There is absolutely nothing in this town apart from the Ariston factory

This Hotel is only a year old and is immaculately maintained by an efficient cleaning staff. The beds are good for getting solid sleep and the showers hot with plenty of water. Breakfast was more than sufficient with wonderful Cupaccino, Espresso, ans Americana style coffees made a cup at a time.
