Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows :

Exterior:
- A private unheated swimming pool (3mx 6mx 1m) with a solar-powered shutter for the safety of children. The pool is open between June and September (dates not contractual).
- A private and closed terrace of 25 m², exposed south west, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Céret and is surrounded by hills and vegetation. It offers a beautiful view of the Canigou, emblematic mountain of the region. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
