The Skoolie is 27' long & full of character! The kids will have a blast while you make lunch in the full kitchen that's equipped with a fridge, oven, 2-top burner, & microwave. If you prefer the grill over the kitchen, you can find it outside overlooking the lake. A juicy burger is a great complement to the perfect day.
When you've had your feel of star gazing & you're ready to retire for the night, you can take your pick inside between the Queen and the full size Futon bed.

When you arrive you will find a guide book on all things Skoolies! How to work the AC/Heat, where all the extra things you might need are, coffee (a must) and more! The bus is stocked with all your basic essentials, towels, bed linens, extra blankets, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, pots, pans, salt, pepper, oil, ketchup, mayo, mustard, Keurig, K-cups, grilling utensils and more!
Kiddos can bring their bikes too! Plenty of space to ride bikes!
The property only has room for 2 cars. We ask that if you have more than 2 cars you meet up and carpool.

Indian Mountain ATV Park is one of the largest off-road parks in North East Alabama with 4,700 acres of heaven nestled in the Appalachian Mountain range. Scenic overlooks as far as the eye can see. We offer OHV trail riding, camping, fishing, and hiking. We have fun for the whole family!

Water Levels:
Every year beginning in September, Alabama Power will lower the water levels by 2 feet per month through the end of December. Water levels will vary dependent upon drainage and rain fall.
Every year from January through April, Alabama Power will increase the water levels 2 feet per month, with the peak being on May 1st of each year. Water levels will vary dependent upon rain fall the speed at which the water is released from the dam.
