Need to get what I pay for.
Before booking the property, the front desk told me the pool was heated. It was not. Breakfast buffet has sadly gone downhill. The kids still enjoyed the buffet. One of the rooms was supposed to have 2 queen sized beds , but the beds wero only 2 double beds ,aking sleeping a bit croeded.

The floors were not cleaned, there was no soap available to wash dishes. We were a little disappointed because of that. The staff was excellent!

Para no volver a Celaya
Mi viaje a Celaya solo puedo describirlo como una experiencia que no quiero volver a vivir. El hotel cumple con lo necesario, la atención en recepción es muy buena por la señorita pero el joven del turno vespertino no conoce las reglas de servicio al cliente ni por asomo. El desayuno cumple apenas con lo básico, las habitaciones son muy confortables, el personal de limpieza muy amable y atento. Pero la ciudad lamentablemente vive en un estado de violencia altísimo que hace de lo peor estar ahí. Deje abandonadas dos noches porque no soporté estar más en esa ciudad

Todo el hotel tiene un olor terrorífico, los pasillos huelen a humedad por las alfombras x las habitaciones huelen a viejo, el lobby olía a puesto de gorditas. La atención no fue profesional. La ropa de cama es muy cómoda, está muy a gusto. El lugar es espacioso.

Ya me había hospedado en el hotel varias veces y todo había estado bien, pero está ocasión unos niños hicieron ruido toda la noche, andaban jugando con las puertas ya entraban ya salían y a eso hay que sumarle que la cama estaba chueca y tronaba cuando me movía parecía que estaba quebrada, pues prácticamente no dormí, ni mi familia. Al día siguiente las mismas niñas a la hora del desayuno anduvieron manoseando toda la comida, y nadie les decía nada. Aparte compré un pastel y lo metí al refri y amaneció aguado, el refrigerador no enfría o lo apagaron, no se que pasó. En fin está estancia no fue del todo agradable.
