The apartment is located above the 3-car garage of our 1850s farmhouse. The unique setting of our home provides a cozy country feeling just a few steps from downtown. Our cozy 1-bedroom apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee bar, spacious bathroom, 2 TVs, queen sleeper sofa, small desk and walk-out deck with a sitting area.
If you are visiting your child at Cedarville University (CU) or looking to jump on the Bike Trail for a beautiful day ride, this is the place for you! CU is a short 2 min drive through downtown Cedarville. The Bike Trail is located on the South end of town making it a mere 0.3 miles away. We are also close to The Historic Clifton Mill (7 min), Young's Jersey Dairy (15 min), Yellow Springs (12 min), Greene County Fairgrounds (15 min).

We enjoyed our stay, it's so nice to have a whole apartment instead of just a hotel room. This place is very roomy, which we enjoy. The porch upstairs had a lovely view we sat and drank coffee and enjoyed the fall mornings

Clean and great location
Good location, not far from campus. Being above a garage, you hear the vehicles when they start and run - which was pretty early in the morning when I was there. Clean and comfortable - great amenities. Beautiful patio overlooking a field. I’d recommend it!

If you're visiting Cedarville University, you can't beat this location! This cozy one-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family's needs while visiting our daughter at school. It's proximity to the school is hard to beat. It was super clean, well appointed, and easy to check into and check out. The hostess was easy to contact and made staying here a breeze. This was our third stay and Grace always does a great job of providing super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodations for my wife and I. We had tons of family time over Thanksgiving and then had this wonderful place to retreat and catch our breath at the end of the day. We plan to stay again next year!

Peaceful and perfect for our stay
My husband and I were in the area for a volleyball tournament at Cedarville University for our daughter. We were amazed at how beautiful the area was and this apartment was so peaceful and just perfectly situated. We were minutes away from Cedarville University as well as multiple beautiful hiking trails which we visited when we weren’t watching volleyball games. It was October so everything was so beautiful. We enjoyed staying here so much that I am now thinking of excuses to come back. I am an author and could totally see myself working on my next book here. The only thing that I would love to see added is a dishwasher, but even without one, this place is worthy of 5 stars all around.

Cutest Place in Perfect Location with everything you need!
We really enjoyed our stay at Graces place! We wish we had stayed there longer because it had everything we needed and was so welcoming and cozy and bed was so comfortable! It was less than 2 minutes from Cedarville University and set back in a very quiet location in a cute neighborhood! Grace thought of every detail and the snacks and treats were greatly appreciated. Also we loved the directions and labels that were left everywhere. We can’t say enough about this place! We hope our daughter goes to Cedarville so we can stay here again:) thanks for welcoming us to your adorable place!
