A beautiful and historic farm house situated in a quiet and peaceful valley on a working cattle farm. This old home place was part of the original Hightower plantation and is only a half mile from Hightower Falls. A perfect place to stay if you have a gathering or wedding planned at the Hightower Falls venue facility. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 6. Spacious and fully stocked with all amenities.
Cable and wifi internet access available. Covered parking for two vehicles also available.

Beautiful large Country Farmhouse perfectly located for events at HighTower Falls.The home was fully equipped and very clean and comfortable and ideal for bringing family and friends together.I would love to return in the future to stay and relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area.

Beautiful setting
We were there for my daughter‘s wedding, which was in Rockmart. It was very close to the venue. It was the perfect size for the six of us. Our favorite place to hang out was on the big front porch. Very quiet and peaceful. I loved the history of the house.

We were looking for a place large Enough to sleep the bridal party but large enough area that if Bride wanted to get ready there, we Could. The home was 10 minutes from Spring Lake Events and we had permission if needed, to have more guests visit and stay if needed. The porch was where family stayed until ceremony time. The bride enjoyed some time to herself swinging on the tree swing and watching the cows graze. The openness of the home was perfect! Large kitchen for prepping large meals and also allowed me to clean and organize items the day after the wedding. It’s a piece of heaven, for sure would stay a weekend just to disconnect!

Old farmhouse with lots of character
Very close to the Hightower Falls wedding venue and was quiet and homey. We recommend for anyone going to an event at Hightower Falls or other places in this area. Paris Mountain Vineyards was close by and a great place to visit.

I really enjoyed being able to relax with the Black Angus cows and Canadian geese (on a pond close). I spent many hours on the front porch.

Very relaxing Visit
This house was very cute and relaxing. The history of this home made it even more fun. Brought back memories of how things used to be. Everything was clean and had all we needed. I would highly recommend for anyone who needs a getaway or doing the Bike trail and need a place to stay. Sure beats the local hotels. The owner, Randy took good care of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. The property is scenic and beautiful. We liked sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch just enjoying it. We will certainly want to stay here, if we do the Silver Comet trail again. Thank you Randy!

Wonderful house!
This house was perfect from top to bottom. Everything was clean and we had everything in it that we needed. The host came over and introduced himself and gave us a brief history of the home and property. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nothing Short of Perfection
We were in Cedar Town, GA attending my sons wedding at Hightower Falls. Our location was only 1/4 mile from the wedding venue. Randy greeted us, and I enjoyed my time speaking with him about the house, the farm and the history. Fascinating! We had everything we needed in the house, which was great because there is nothing close by to run to the store. It is so peaceful and very beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Getaway
The house is located in a great spot! We felt like we were the only people around. Beautiful old house, great yard, great scenery! My daughter loved seeing the cows. It was also great since we had my BIL’s wedding at Hightower Falls, which is located 2 mins away. Would love to come back for a weekend getaway.
