The room itself wasn’t terrible, but the carpet and ground were very sticky, stained and dirty. There’s always a large group of people hanging outside the hotel at later hours of the night. Never got the room cleaned or extra towels in 5 nights.
It be nice to have someone to talk about certian concerns.
Like i was expecting a package to arrive after i left cause could no longer afford to stay. (Very low income) My insurance was sending me meal shakes. Question being now is did they arrive? Are they still there? Can i come pick them up?
I be homeless and disabled plus sick at this time. Was in hospital prior to coming to stay at your hotel.
I'd love to make the hotel my home if we could work something out?
My hotel stay was abysmal. I had no running water. The shower did not work so I could not bathe myself. The toilet was clogged and did not flush. The sink was clogged and slow to drain. This hotel stay was so terrible that I did not return for my second night.
Upon arrival to the hotel, the main entrance was unlocked and the door to our room was standing wide open. When we tried to lock the room door, it did not lock.
There is no front desk at this location (which we knew) and therefore getting help of any kind was challenging.
We had been told that we would receive an email 24 hours prior to our stay with access codes (stating the main entrance and room required one) and instructions for check in. We did not receive this email and it took 3 phone calls to customer service to get it sent out.
Then, as mentioned above, we didn't need the access codes anyway...because nothing was locked or secure.
We ultimately did not feel comfortable or safe in the hotel and chose to leave. We found another hotel and stayed there instead. When we asked for a refund, the hotel denied our request saying that the hotel was safe and secure.
The customer service experience was absolutely terrible and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
